Action Learning is the process of learning through experience.
It has been used with great effect at companies such as Boeing, Johnson and Johnson and GE globally - as well as Standard Bank, SABMiller and the BANKSETA locally.
An Action Learning Project is based on a real business challenge or opportunity at an organisation.
ALP’s provide unique opportunities for learners to practically apply theory covered in their studies at their organsations – and to document the process.
The process requires that each syndicate produces a formal business report on their specific topic - and then delivers a final presentation to a panel consisting of their senior management and GIBS representatives.
