Use an inclusive process to collect information from key role players that will help guide strategic decision making. Essentially a facilitated thinking and brainstorming opportunity aimed at generating new ideas for the future.

Clarifying and agreeing on primary goals and key objectives
Agreeing on key deliverables and activities, i.e. What needs to be done – and by whom?
