Use an inclusive process to collect information from key role players that will help guide strategic decision making. Essentially a facilitated thinking and brainstorming opportunity aimed at generating new ideas for the future.
Deliverables may include:
  • Defining or revising the organisations’ Vision and Mission Statement
  • Clarifying and agreeing on primary goals and key objectives
  • Agreeing on key deliverables and activities, i.e. What needs to be done – and by whom?
