  • Coaching, facilitating, guiding, instructing, teaching, mentoring and counselling.
  • Rapidly establishing rapport and trust with relevant stakeholders.
  • Interacting and communicating effectively on all levels.
  • Comfortable with diversity - including age, gender, culture and ethnicity.
  • Excellent listening, nonverbal sensitivity, intuitive and empathic skills and the ability to ‘interpret’ and communicate insights effectively within agreed upon confidentiality boundaries.
  • Accurately assessing client/trainee/coachee needs and structuring training and coaching sessions accordingly.
  • Acquiring and adapting to new ideas and concepts rapidly … and then able to train/teach/coach others.
  • Emotional maturity when dealing with sensitive, controversial and complex issues.
  • Facilitation/training of groups, including process facilitation.

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans - and coach effectively in both languages.
  • Writing and presenting information professionally – using Word, Excel and/or PowerPoint.
